These Terms and your use of our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Ontario. The arbitration will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, and the language of the arbitration will be English.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding.
